ABOUT ALI HASBINI

Ali Hasbini is a highly-regarded & astute Central Florida home builder and developer. A former accounting faculty member at the University of South Florida, he holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida with a class "A" license. A past member of the USF’s School of Accountancy Advisory Council, Ali also earned the unique distinction of The USF Muma College of Business, “Entrepreneur of the Year”.

Ali has long believed in applying industry best practices and financial management disciplines to everything developed and built by Sunrise Homes. Most importantly, he believes the best practices consist of listening to and involving the customer. His goal is to always deliver his valued clients a home that not only meets, but exceeds their expectations with respect to quality, construction, design, and overall value.

He understands the complexity and nuance of developing residential communities. With his team’s seasoned, personable approach to land acquisition, purchasing, development and design, he leads Sunrise to deliver a home with unique features, unmatched quality and attention to detail that isn’t found in a “cookie-cutter” community. Sunrise homes is a 35-year-old passion for Ali and he puts his heart, soul and integrity into every home Sunrise builds.
