Sunrise Homes was founded in 1983 with a clear, simple vision: to build beautiful homes in communities that provide buyers with both long-term value and those special touches and features that make a house a home. Founder, Ali Hasbini, wanted to involve his new home buyer in every step of the process, so that their commitment and satisfaction were never in question.

Through our experienced team of real estate and construction professionals, we deliver on our promise to build superior homes, usually in communities developed by Sunrise.
