We’ve Gone Virtual!
As a result of the stay-at-home orders issued by multiple cities and counties, our model home tours and sales offices are open online! While our physical models and offices are open by appointment only, we remain open to online chat, telephone chats and appointments, and virtual tours of our model homes. Sunrise Homes Homebuyers Currently Under Contract

Local governments are treating residential construction operations as an essential activity. Sunrise Homes is continuing to build your home, conducting building inspections, and closing homes, contact-free, with our new Sunrise Homes Homeowners. Community First Title is fully operational, closing transactions with limited contact options available to ensure the safety of our staff and customers during this time.

Our warranty department will continue to communicate with our homeowners through our Customer Care Manager, although we have currently suspended warranty operations for 30 days to limit contact between individuals.  Homeowners with an emergency situation should contact the appropriate contractor listed on the Emergency Contact List provided at closing and on your electrical box.  Or, please call our main office number at 813-681-8419 and follow the prompts for emergency and after hours warranty care.

Sunrise Homes is already enacting measures to ensure the safety and health of our Subcontractors, Trade Partners and Vendors in the face of the Coronavirus outbreak. These new measures, which include increased hygiene, limiting crews working in any home to one team, and halting group gatherings and in-person meetings of workers.

Main Office: We have also eliminated non-essential travel, limited visitors to our offices, and moved in-person meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these measures will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.

Construction & Sales: Our Construction & Sales Team Members are the heartbeat of our company. When it seems like the rest of the world is shutting down, we are fortunate to be able to continue our critical field operations with team members who are nearly isolated from people. We are deeply appreciative of their continued dedication and hard work making sure we keep moving forward producing our world class, award-winning homes.
